ANTOR - Taiwan, the association of the foreign National Tourism Office (NTO) Representatives stationed in Taiwan has a membership of thirty (30) National and Regional Tourism Offices whose tourism officials represent nations from all over the world. This voluntary non-profit and non-political organization was established on December 14, 1993 to represent the collective views of its members to the public in order to raise the quality and facilitate outbound travel from Taiwan.

Objectives : The main objectives of ANTOR are :

  1. to foster a closer working relationship among ANTOR members and between all travel industry representatives;
  2. to provide a forum for the exchange of views on matters of mutual concern and interest within the travel industry;
  3. to contribute to the growth, value and quality of travel to and within the member countries;
  4. to maintain and develop cooperation with ANTOR chapters in other countries; and
  5. to promote international traveling in every possible way within the framework of local laws and custom.

Membership – At present ANTOR has thirty (30) members

  1. ACTIVE Members
    1. Representatives of foreign NTO (National Tourism Office) in Taiwan, duly endorsed by the country’s Embassy, Representative Office, or the Tourism Authority.
    2. Heads of Regional, State, or City Tourism Authorities.
    3. Members of diplomatic missions officially appointed as Representative of the country’s National Tourism Office in Taiwan.
    4. Members of commercial firms in Taiwan appointed by a foreign country’s Tourism Authorities as its Representative in Taiwan.

2. HONORARY Members

    1. Representatives of the ROC Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
    2. Persons who has contributed in an exceptional way to the development of international tourism or to the realization of the objectives of ANTOR.
